1. Acceptance

By using YM Blooms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

YM Blooms provides a photo gallery platform that allows you to upload, store, and share photos. Free accounts include 1 gallery and up to 15 photos. Paid plans unlock additional galleries and photos.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to share those photos. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. YM Blooms will never sell or share your photos with third parties.

4. Payments

Paid plans are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied - contact [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. YM Blooms reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

YM Blooms is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the service. We recommend keeping backups of your original photos.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
